BIMARKS welcomes autumn cleaning and winter maintenance enquiries from businesses, property managers and site owners. We have workers and equipment operators available for the winter season. Crews, rental machinery and attendance schedules are arranged for the particular site.
We combine road construction experience with day-to-day site needs: clear access routes, maintained yards and pedestrian areas, agreed gritting and early identification of surface or drainage issues.

Autumn — leaf collection and site cleaning
We collect fallen leaves from footpaths, courtyards, car parks and other agreed areas. Raking, collection, loading and removal arrangements are defined in the scope. Before winter, we also review surface water runoff points and agree any cleaning required.
Winter — snow clearance and removal
We plan mechanical snow clearance for roads and large yards, with manual work at entrances, along footpaths and where machinery cannot reach. Snow storage areas and priority routes are agreed in advance. Where snow cannot be stored on site, we agree loading and off-site removal arrangements.
Ice — salt, sand and gritting
We offer gritting for roads, car parks and pedestrian areas. Salt, sand or a mixture and the treatment approach are selected in agreement with the client for the surface, weather and site requirements. Material supply and consumption records are specified in the quotation.
After winter — cleaning, repairs and upkeep
After winter we can assess yard cleaning, local asphalt repairs, paving and kerb reinstatement and drainage improvements. Repair quantities and suitable timing are agreed separately according to surface condition and weather.

Seasonal maintenance questions
Where in Latvia can we request grounds maintenance?+
We welcome enquiries throughout Latvia: Riga and Pierīga, Daugavpils and Latgale, Vidzeme, Zemgale and Kurzeme. Once we have the location, area and schedule, we confirm mobilisation arrangements for the particular site.
Can crews work at night and on weekends?+
BIMARKS has workers and equipment operators available for winter work. We are ready to schedule work at any time of day, including nights and weekends. Standby arrangements, call-outs, response times and priority areas are agreed in the site service plan.
Can we book a one-off visit or a full season?+
You can request a one-off leaf or snow clearance visit or regular autumn and winter maintenance. For seasonal work we agree the area, attendance triggers, frequency, materials and work records.
What machinery do you use?+
We arrange rented machinery for the scope, including excavators, Bobcat-type skid-steer loaders and other required equipment. We have agreements with equipment rental companies and available operators. The specific equipment and availability are confirmed before mobilisation.
How is snow removal and grounds maintenance priced?+
The quotation depends on location, area, surface, access, frequency, working hours, manual work, gritting materials and any removal requirements. Send the address, approximate area in m², photographs or a plan and the preferred schedule for a site-specific proposal.
